At TOF we believe life change and Christ-like character development happen best in the context
of loving small groups. Our Life Groups are small groups of people who come together each week
in homes all over the Tri-City region to connect with one another, study and discuss the Bible’s
application to life, pray, and provide mutual support and encouragement. These groups function as
families within the overall church family. There’s room for you in a Root Group.
It’s a fact: women today face unprecedented levels of stress as they try to juggle the demands of
marriage, parenting, career, and hectic family schedules. This makes vital spiritual connections
with God and other women very important. Throughout the year we offer weekly opportunities for women
to come together to study the Bible, and support and encourage one another. Classes are usually offered
on both weeknights and on weekday mornings.
Let’s face it; all of us experience pain and sin on some level. There is nothing shameful about admitting
that you are struggling in some area of your life, and asking for help. God loves to help those who admit
they can’t help themselves. Support groups provide opportunities for people to get honest and seek God’s help
in a safe, loving, encouraging, and challenging environment. If you are battling an addiction, depression,
anger, compulsive sexuality, divorce, grief or whatever, God wants to change your life! Try out a True Oak
Support Group.
Another way to connect and build vital relationships with others is by using your gifts to serve in the
church. We offer many opportunities for service. Everyone is a “10” at something and no task is unimportant.
And the beauty is, you get to serve on a team with people who love you; and that makes it a family, not just
a job!
For information about any of these connecting opportunities, call the church office at 405-381-323.

“Be devoted to one another in brotherly love. Honor one another above yourselves.” Romans 12:10

“But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another...” 1 John 1:7
The first step is to attend a one-time Discovering Church Membership 101 Class, which is held regularly,
usually on a Sunday night. In this class you’ll discover who we are as a church, the method behind our madness,
and the biblical basis for it all. Upon completion of the class you’ll be given an opportunity to sign a TOF
Membership Covenant.
